Easy to order the correct part.
Bought my stove in 2001. The right side hinge of my Tappen oven door broke. Looked it up and ordered that night. It took a couple days to get here. After reading and looking at videos, My husband took the drawer out, unhooked the springs on both side. Slide oven door off and replaced hinge. Works great!

Hinge right side
Hinge came on time easy repair with the correct part. Used competitor and the wrong part was labeled and sent incorrectly. How easy to repair with a right side instead of a left hinge!

Both hinges on the oven door were broken , door would not close or open easily
I watched a you tube video from the reference library at reference oven door repairs and the explanation was clear and simply understood , even though the oven type was not exact, very easy to follow.

If i am facing my stove the hinge on the my right needs to be replaced. Is it the right hinge part that i order?
For model number FPGF3685LSA
Hello Kathleen, thank you for your question! You are correct, if you need to replace the hinge that would be on the right hand side of the stove when facing it, you would need to replace the right side hinge. Good luck with your repair!

Both hinges are broken on the door and require replacement, do you have instructions on how to replace and what are the necessary steps, i have ordered both hinges left and right for the serial # nf 80620750 on above model. Please explain the steps to get to the access panel on the door as the oven base looks like an easy screw connection ? I have pictures of the oven if necessary
For model number 79075403500
Hi John, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any information for this part and model specifically. However we have a lot of videos that show how installations like this are done. You can view them here: https://www.youtube.com/user/partselect/search?query=oven+door+hinge. You should be able to apply the steps to your appliance. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
