Hello Vivek, Thank you for your inquiry. To open the panel, you would need to remove the screws holding the control panel end caps on using a Philips screwdriver. Remove the two screws from each side and pull up and out. There are also 4 screws at the bottom of the panel that would need to be taken out. Hello Stephen, Thank you for your inquiry. To access the switch, you need to remove the end caps holding on the control panel, they should be held on with philips head screws. Gently pull each of the knobs off using a piece of string or rubber underneath the edges. There are also additional screws holding the outer panel on, remove those as well as the screws holding the panel underneath on. You should now be able to access the switches. Make note of how the wires are connected and then disconnect them from the switch. You should not be able to install the new switch and reverse the process to put the panels back on.
