Hi Edward, thank you for your question. It would not be your pressure switch that is the problem. The parts that you would need to look at would be your lid switch and the the drive belt. You will want to look at the drive belt for any where and tear. If your lid switch is malfunctioning your appliance will not spin because it thinks that the lid is open. If those parts are both fine then the probably actually might be in your motor. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Jean, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding of the issue, the pressure switch is faulty. It senses the water level in the tub. When the water reaches the desired level, this switch stops the water from flowing in the tub, and then the washing program begins. If the pressure switch is faulty, it will not stop the water from filling. We recommend you replace the pressure switch, part number PS1018030. We hope this information is useful!
