If the fuse in the heater relay is blown will it hinder the washer from powering up?

Hi Kip, Thank you for the question. The heater control board monitors and controls the heating cycles so this should not effect if the appliance powers on but it may have shorted the Main PCB Power board. If you have a multi meter it would be a good idea to test this part. Hope this helps !
