My microwave glass is sagging. (the glass slips downward when i open door). Will the seal tape help to repair that or is there a special caulk i can use to repair? Thank you

Hi Christina,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the seal tape is on the back side of your door and does not actually touch the glass portion on the front. You would likely have to replace either the door itself or the font door panel. If you have to replace anything. I could suggest taking your door apart to see what exactly the problem is. That way you will know what part it is that is giving you the trouble. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I removed the clear shield off of the screen and now realize it was there to keep the front glass clean. Is this the part i need to replace it and two is it possible to remove the screen to clean the window?

Hello Sandy, Thank you for your inquiry. This is the clear plastic sheet that goes over the inner door glass (that faces the inside of the microwave) also known as the door film. Since it is sticky film, it is usually not recommended to remove it. Hope this helps!

We got this microwave missing the clear plastic sheet that covers the perforated metal screen from food spatter during use. What part number am I looking for in install this on our microwave? (WB36X10318?)

Hello Kent, thank you for your inquiry. The seal tape, part number PS1017336, you have mentioned is the clear plastic sheet that goes over the inner door glass that faces the inside of the microwave. We hope this is what you were looking for!
