emit holes partially plugged and metal of lower arm separated
lower arm lifts off and new sets right on. The upper arm needed a "holding" screw removed (from under the shelf) and replaced with the new arm.
I pulled out the racks and decided to take off the upper (mid) arm. It came off with an adjustable wrench. When I looked at the arm I could tell that some of the holes were blocked. This is a dishwasher in the house i just bought. My dishes were not getting clean. I've put new wheels on the lower basket, and new lower, mid and upper spray arms. The old arms were really gunked up. When i open the door mid-cycle, the lower arm is spinning, but the mid-arm is not moving, and based on what i'm seeing inside the glasses on the upper rack i don't think water is coming out of it. I've checked the mid spray arm, and there seems to be some play in it. Is that normal? Is there anything i can be checking to further trouble-shoot, rather than just replacing a bunch more parts?
