Hello, the handle mounting fasteners broke on our freezer door handle (not the handle itself , but the parts that actually attach them to the door. Is this the part that I need to attach the handle back on? Or do I need to buy the whole handle?

One side of the freezer handle fell off. How do I secure it back on? It is the outside handle used to open the freezer section of the refrigerator.

Hello Wendy,
Thanks for your question. To remove the handle, loosen the set screws located on the underside of the handle with a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen wrench and remove the handle. If the handle mounting fasteners need to be tightened or removed, use a 1/4" Allen wrench.
To attach the handle, place the handle firmly to the mounting fasteners and tighten the set screws on the bottom of the handle with a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen wrench.
