Lately washing cloths come out like we were using powered soap, which we are not. Does this have anything to do with the filter? Even with the extra rinse cycle the cloths come out the same way. Thanks danny p.S. Washer maybe 9 years old no other issues.
For model number WPGT9360E0PL
Hi Daniel, thank you for your question. There are a number of things that could cause something like that. Too much fabric softener is one of them. You may have to check your filter for being dirty. Your washer itself could be dirty as well and may need to be cleaned. Hard water can also cause this issue. You may also want to check your drain pump as well, to make sure that it is not draining too slowly. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Need new water intake filters. Unable to remove the existing ones to clean. Water flow into the washer is extremely slow adding to wash time
