How do you remove the old drawer to replace with a new on
Hello Robert , Thank you for the question. Once the drawer is pulled out all of the way, tilt it upwards to "unhook" the back corners to remove the drawer from the shelf. Once removed, the new one slides into place. We hope this helps!

I'm trying to remove and replace the Cool Drawer. How do you get the old drawer free from the slides?

Hey John, thank you for your question. The crisper drawer is located at the bottom of the refrigerator interior. Dividers may be adjusted for different size items within the crisper. To remove the crisper drawer, remove the glass cover from the drawer to be removed with both hands. Lift it up from the front of the drawer until it releases from the side supports, then carefully remove the drawer from the refrigerator. We hope this helps.

Drawer was difficult to disassemble
Needed 2 people, 1 holds sides of plastic locking mechanism with screwdivers pushing 1 way while other person pushes other tab opposite way. Eventually able to pop out broken drawer from rails and put in new one, but was worried about breaking tabs on new drawer ..
