Will this board fit my washer? The lights on my washer just keep flashing and the washer will not work.

Thanks for your question. Are all of the lights on your panel flashing? If so, that may be indicative of an error code. If that is the case, it may be worth checking which error code is happening to see what the exact problem is. If not, it may be worth replacing part number PS10063378, the electronic control board.

My washer will not drain correctly unless I unplug it to reset it after every load or two. The repair tech said everything works correctly and it is the circuit board. Will this part fix my washer?

Thanks for your question. You may want to examine the drain hose for any clogs and test the drain pump and lid switch with a multimeter to check if it has electrical continuity (replace it if it does not show continuity). If all of those are intact, the control board may be your issue.

Hello Vern, Thank you for the question. The switch is made as part of the board, PartSelect Number PS8767743. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

I installed the new control board. Now the display blinks with 2 dashes and none of the controls work. Now what?

Thank you for your question. If the board is not working, I would recheck the connections to make sure nothing has come loose or is in the wrong place. I ran the diagnostics and got no errors. I checked the lid switch and it works fine. The display says lid and spin test will not work. Does this sound like I need to replace main control board?

Thanks for your question. It could be worth checking the wire harness itself after unplugging the appliance. If the wiring is all intact, consider replacing the control board.
