How do you test if the shock absorbers are bad? part no. w10739670?
For model number 11047561602
Hi Ron, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, washing machines have shock absorbers, part number PS10062744, that are used to diminish the tub movement inside the machine. If the shock absorbers are damaged or become worn out, you will hear loud banging sounds during the spin cycle. If this is the case, the shock absorbers will need to be replaced.
