Hi,
I have leaking water problem with the Whirlpool WRT311FZDW fridge. I cleaned the ice and flushed the drain hole with hot water but still the water would not drain to the drain pan. I suspected there is blockage on the drain tube to the drain pan. Please let me know if there is a grommet at the end of the drain tube. If so, what is the part number and do you carry it?
