Our fairly new Bosch microwave does not turn off. The turntable keeps spinning when the microwave is "off". Keypad does not work while turntable is spinning and microwave is off. Please help. I had 3 Bosch appliances put into our new construction home in 2013; our Bosch dishwasher's heating element went out; our Bosch microwave door quit opening; and now again our Bosch microwave turntable is spinning when the unit if off. We chose not to have the door assembly replaced on the microwave the the door quit opening, 3 months ago. Do we need a new door latch? Thank you.

Hello Ginger, thank you for your question! We recommend testing your switches with a multimeter to ensure they have the correct continuity. If any of them are bad, it will need to be replaced. If all test properly, you will likely need to replace the latch.
