I am getting a F2-E1 "stuck/shorted key" code for my Whirlpool oven. I can clear the code by unplugging the unit or pressing cancel, but it comes back after a minute or so. All keys on the membrane switch (W10665503/W10728529) beep when I press them, and the display on the Electric Control (WPW10603098) recognizes all functions from the membrane switch. I am at a loss as to which of these is the problem. Any ideas?
Also, what is the difference between PS10060052 and PS10060049 membrane switch. Both are listed as compatible with my model WEG745H0FS0. Thanks.

Hello Carlos, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the error code F2E1 indicates a problem with the keypad or the associated wiring. We would recommend replacing the switch membrane, part number PS10060052, to solve the problem. The switch membranes you mentioned only differ in their color. We hope this information helps!
