When I called Drew told me that the order was correct, but the description on the web page was wrong. He was to sent me a return label, but it has not arrived. I can't find this model anywhere listed for replacement wheels.

We do not show this wheel as compatible to the SHE3AR52UC/08 version of your model, but the lower rack wheels for the model variant that you have provided is part# PS8727387 and they are sold individually.
