Door won,t open. Error codes come up after the washer is reset. Error code f06 e02 i need to know what i can do to fix my washer. I fill it with cloths pour in detergent and press the start button and the door locks but washer will not move i stop it and gert error codes f06 e02 please help!!!!

Hello Heidi, Thank you for your inquiry. F6 E2 alert indicates there is an communication issue with the appliance control unit, user interface or associated wiring. Unplug the washer for 10 minutes and power back up. If you are still getting this error, check the control panel wires for any burnt or frayed ends. Make sure all the connections between the electronic control board and the control panel are secure. Check the electronic control board, motor control board and door lock latch with a multimeter to see if they have continuity. If you are unfamiliar with how to use a multimeter, there are videos online to show you. Hope this helps!
