Thinking I may have a controller issue. Washing machine intermittingly won't complete cycles even though the done light is lit. Putting the unit on drain and spin the sense light comes on but the lock won't lite. I've unplugged the unit before and it starts working. On the soak option, the unit filled up and just sat there for 10 plus hours. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and it started to work. I've checked the outlet and it works fine with a hairdryer. Seems the normal cycle is the only cycle that works most of the time. We have had lighting damage to DVR and A/C and I think we got hit too. The only thing I can think of would be the controller.

Hi Eric, thank you for reaching out. Considering the symptoms you mentioned, the issue seems to be with the control board, part number PS10057023. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may test the control board for continuity using a multimeter. We hope this helps!
