Does this kit come with assembly instructions?
For model number 919167380
Hi Michael, thank you for contacting us. The kit you mentioned comes with assembly instructions. We also have some relevant instructions for you. They may not be of the exact same model, but they will help you with the process. You may follow the following process: remove the manifold from the compressor frame. With the manifold removed from the compressor frame, disassemble the regulator. Start on the front side of the regulator and remove the regulator knob. Flip the regulator around to get access to the plug on the back. The rebuild kit comes with an instruction sheet, and there is a diagram that shows the order of the parts. Start with the back cap of the regulator. Install a new O-ring on it. Next, according to the instructions on the rebuild kit, lubricate a little bit. After lubrication, just place the springs on the cap and the piston on the spring, and that assembly is ready. Now, replace the disc on the regulator knob. Pull the knob away from the body and then push the post through the body, and the disc will pop out the other side. Put a little more lubrication on the O-ring, assemble the disk back into the body, and replace the knob. Now, install the new parts back into the regulator body by following the same process backward. We hope this information is useful!
