How to replace the on and off switch.
For model number CC4175
Hi Deborah,
Thank you for your question. Before beginning this repair, make sure that power to the trimmer has been disconnected. Then using a screwdriver, unthread the screws holding the housing together. Then disconnect the wires connected to the old switch and remove the switch. Place the new switch in the housing and attach the wires to it. Then reassemble the housing. We hope this helps with the repair!

I'm looking for the bit that you put in drill to start my edger, have bad back, can't pull to start
