For part # 753 06183 fuel tank assembly to Murray trimmer, do the fuel lines come with it?

I need to know what the black part is that is inside the fuel tank assembly that is connected to the end of the line from the primer bulb. Thanks for your assistance in this. Regards, Dave

Fuel line broke
Removed the two screws holding the fuel tank to the main unit. Removed the two fuel lines and any stuck on rubber. Installed and installed two screws to mount the new tank. Slid fuel lines on their respective connectors. Done.
