The side panels needed to mount the AC unit in the window were broken

This is a simple direct replacement: unscrewed the side screws attaching the old panels and frame in place. Replace with the new pieces. Time to install new parts and put the unit in the window was about 15 minutes. Most of the time was finding my screw driver. read more
