Our GE Monogram's freezer and flood locker compartments were too cold
This website is awesome! It basically tells you exactly what is wrong with your fridge. Our food side of the refrigerator was getting way too cold. Some items actually froze. I looked here and it said the fan/ damper assembly was broken. All I did was remove the part they said was broken and sure enough the little damper door that lets freezer air into the fridge side was broken. I ordered the part, replaced it and presto the refrigerator holds perfect temperature again! The replacement was super easy...only tool needed was a screwdriver and 15minutes! Thanks

Leaking water tank assembly
Remove bottom three shelves and drawers. Water tank is located on rear wall under plastic shroud. It is held on with 2 thumb screws and one phillips screw on left of tank, remove these. Shut off water supply at source. Remove lower rear access panel. Visual inspection reveals two 1/4"tubes protruding thru lower left floor of unit. Pull white seal ring, on blue plastic connector, to left while pulling inserted tube to right. Remove black plastic grill under doors at front. Disassemble tube at blue connector, by pulling white ring to left while pulling inserted tube to the right. Water will leak from both of these tubes so be prepared with towels! Pull tank assembly up thru floor and discard.Insert new tubes thru floor, attach tank to rear wall, then reattach new tubing into connectors. Push tube into connector until black line is no longer visible. Slowly turn water on and observe connector for any leaks. Replace front grill and rear access panel and you are done, saving yourself 150.00$ in service charges.

auger for ice dispenser was broken and we thought cover was also broken
Although I didn't need the crusher cover after all, the process was similar to a point (much easier than replacing the auger). Moved the laptop to the kitchen counter and watched the repair instruction video all the way through. As I worked on the ice dispenser, I dragged the video timer back to the part where I was having a problem and rewatched it - sometimes several times to see a detail. The video can be accessed from the electronic part page under instructions. Follow the instructor's lead and you can't go wrong. The instructor was familiar with the process and made it look like a breeze - it wasn't, but was do-able. FYI: I'm a 68 year old female; if I can do it - you can, too.

We had ice crystals on the ice tray and door
Removed the ice maker control panel and accessed the flapper door, easy switch out for new door and seal. The 2 year old warped seal didn't close and so ice crystals formed in the freezer - new unwarped part and Ta-Da no more problems :)

Ice dispenser auger piece broke off ans stopped dispensing ice.
I went on google search looking for the part. Second search was your website and the price of the part was good. Scrolling down the page I noted a video on how to install the auger it sure was well done step by step, heck I can do this so I ordered the part. I live in a rural area and received the part in 2 days (what great service). I set my computer next to the ice tray started the video and went to work. GREAT instruction easy to follow once the part was out the instructions went part by part on reassembly. The person doing the video did a super job of explaining each step. You will have a happy customer forever.
