The reservoir keeps filling from the outside water supply until it overflows

Hello Steve, thank you for writing. We recommend checking to see if the slide is blocked or faulty. The Ice Maker Reservoir Water Slide is part PartSelect Number PS11739072. Reservoir water slide redirects water flowing over the evaporator plate back into the reservoir. We hope this helps.

water is running out of the pan and melting all the ice around the drain....I think it is a bad circulating pump but not sure.

Thank you for your question. If your stand alone ice maker is leaking water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the circulation pump, the reservoir slide, the water inlet valve and the drain pump. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. Whirlpool wui75x15hz ice maker is under 2yrs old. This morning it stopped working. Will not power on. No lights, no sounds. I've verified that the outlet it is plugged into has power.

Hello Troy, thank you for getting in touch. We have researched your model and found that the issue could be caused by a faulty transformer, part number PS11755510. It supplies power to the ice maker pump and display panel lights. If replacing it does not help, we would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS12346592. Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Ice bin overfilling
