How often does the Water filter need to be changed and where is it located? Thanks so much.

Hello Jackie, thank you for reaching out. The water filter, part number PS11701542, is located in the bottom left grille. You may need to replace it after six months. We hope this information helps!

Hello Tony, Thank you for writing. For your model WRS325SDHZ01, there is no water filter bypass. It is an auto bypass design. Just remove the water filter cartridge and use the water dispense feature to ensure the bypass has taken.

Where is the defrost controller located?

Hello Anthony, thank you for writing. The Defrost function is controlled by the main Electronic Board part PS16217969 which is located at the back of the unit. How to clean drip pan

Hello Pam, Thank you for the question. You should be able to access the Drip Pan from the back of the appliance. You can slide the pan out to clean. We hope this helps!

Do you have water filters housing part?

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
I was clening my uprght freezer and noticed that it was preped for an icemaker. I first went to the Whilpool website and could not find my part as my freezer was a 2008 model.
I saw PartSelect on the search page and went to thier site. I put in my modle number of the Whilpool Ice maker kit that was on the back of my freeze
... Read morer. PartSelect had the part in stock and approx $18.00 less than the other kits listed on the Whilpool site (that did not match my kit number). I orderd the kit on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. It took less than and hour to install. Every part I needed was included. The following day I installed the water line and now I have an extra icemaker.
