Removed & Replaced

I noticed the coils very dusty dirty, tried brushing it clean, ended up blowing it clean. I noticed the condenser fan motor was never turning, I had power, so I ordered a new one. I actual received the evaporator motor, so I had to order the correct one. After changing it, and it started blowing right away. But my refrigerator is still warm. I do not know where the evaporator blower motor is located. I cannot make out from the diagram breakdown. HELP

removed front edge and humidity control levers by popping out with kitchen knife. installed on new crisper frame with new rail and shelf. place assembled unit on brackets. done in 15 minutes and less than $32.00. expected to pay much more for parts. extremely happy thanks to partselect thank you

It was so easy just opened the box took out the shelf and plaed it where the old one was. This was the easiest repair ever. Thank you for this website!

Had to push the light switch to get lamp to light up.
Removed power from refrig. and removed old light switch
and replaced with the one I got from Partselect. Turned power back on and was done.

remove two crispers and glass top . Replace rail.

This is 3rd time this part in about 5 years has needed replcement. If there is a next time I would expect a "freebe". Service is great and replacement rail came in jig time.

The best part of the repair was how easy it was to find and order the part. Instead of searching the parts houses around town I just went to the PartSelect web site, quickly found and ordered the part in about five minutes, received the part the next day at my home and was ready to make the repair. Wow! What a pleasure for something to work the way it was meant to. Removed old switch located by prying out with sharp knife or screwdriver. Don't worry about breaking it or cracking plastic. Disconnect(unplug) wires from back of switch. Replace (plug-in) wires on back of new switch. Insert in location of old switch. Finisheed.

Easy as pie: removed the baskets; lifted the shelf; placed new rail; replaced shelf & baskets.

Finding the part that I needed was incredibly easy. I usually leave all repairs to my husband but I was getting frustrated that my vegetables were freezing due to the drawer laying right on the wall dividing the freezer area. I took it upon myself to search for parts by using the refrigerator model number, This site is the BEST!! By providing pictures of the parts and where they go I was able to order the correct one. Although there where no instructions, reading the comments by others made this a really easy replacement.

removed the shelf inserted the new rail, replace the shelf and the crisper bins.
