I have a Whirlpool cabrio hd platinum sensor dryer ser# m21010646 type# dssa ele 2406026 eldu. I need to know the part numbers for belt tension pulley, the thermal fuse, and the heating element.

Hello and thank you for writing.
We suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty thermostat PS11746740 and/or possibly a faulty PS11741444, you should check the parts for signs of damage, and replace as necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Hello Kevin, thank you for the question. The problem can arise due to a faulty thermal fuse. Use a multimeter to check the thermal fuse for continuity. If there is no continuity, replace it with part number PS11741444. We hope this helps.

n the door was actually sideways and would not fit through the hole. Using a screwdriver, I pushed that piece into the door (it lives in the door somewhere now). I was then able to slide out the rest of the old catch. Compress the new catch and insert it into the hole in the door. Push it in until it clicks into place. DONE! Happy Drying!
