water running over ice machine and into kitchen
Called a repair man. He said it was a a sensor type valve at the bottom back of fridge and he would have to order. He never called us, so we went to website and ordered it. Replaced it. It WAS obviously burned out/dicolored. Bracket had to be redone, as it wasn't standard. Didn't work. Ordered new icemaker. Worked like a charm. Video for installing icemaker very helpful. He called a couple weeks later and we already had it fixed.

Ice Maker replacement
Went well overall. I really thought that you guys taking the time to create a very helpful video was awesome. Thanks for doing that! The only difficulty I had was that my old ice maker had the connection toward the front, while the new one was in the back. So I had to use the adapter and had so much extra wiring to bundle, and tie wrap, with little place to go with it that I got frustrated. Wish I just had the correct replacement wire to begin with. Nonetheless, we are stocked with a full bin of ice after about 3-4 days.
