When I try to turn on the oven, I get a message that telling me to unlock the oven door. I can turn on the oven clean feature. However the oven won't work because the sensor believes the door is locked. I have tried locking and locking the latch. Please help me.

Hi Luana, Thank you for the question. You can try to press clear/off button for 30 seconds to resent the message. If this does not help you can try to unplug or turn the power source to the appliance off for a few minutes and then turn it back on.If this does not fix the issue you will need to check the latch switch with a Multi Meter PartSelect Number PS236551, to see if it has proper resistance.
