Unscrewed 1 screw, removed panel, disconnected old icemaker and removed it, Added new icemaker, reconnected, replaced panel, replaced screw, & reset new icemaker. Started making ice almost immediately. Threw out entire first load of ice. Working great since! I wasn’t sure if it was the icemaker or the water valve to it so had a guy come out ($50) who confirmed it was the icemaker. He wanted $550 to replace it (part/labor).
