The “oven bottom” part number 210: does it go above or below the heating element?

The lower oven drawer control doesn't come on. The control doesn't light up either? We purchased this stove used. Everything else works perfectly gas top, convection, and top oven.

Hello Pat, thank you for your question. If all the other areas of the unit are working perfectly the issue is probably the drawer element itself, which is part number WB44K10015. I would suggest replacing this part! I hope this helps!
