Cold and hot water function did not work.
I first unplugged the power.Then I turned off the water supply and disconnected the water hoses from the unit.Afterwards,I unscrewed and opened the back panel.I then removed and replaced ordered parts.I reinstalled the back panel and hoses.I turned on the water supply and plug in the power cord.I tested the cold and hot water functions and it worked like a charm.

out of ballance
removed two phillips screws from control panel. lifted panel to reveal two clips on both sides of machine. used flathead screwdriver to remove clips. tilted whole body up and away. pushed drum towards first spring and removed it . installation was reverse of procedure. did not fix it because basket had rusted at shaft bottom under agitator and put basket out of balance.
