Needed to replace vent grille after breaking a little plastic ear that helped it stay in place.
Just be sure to push both sides of the grille into place and screws were easy to tighten. The filter is not difficult at all. Made me proud to repair it myself (73 yoa)

Vent Grille fell off when opening door on microwave
Removed 2 screws that were holding broken plastic tabs. Lined up lower plastic tabs on new grille into slots, gently. Tipped forward to engage upper tabs into slots. You need to "gently" press the top into place to avoid breaking off the tabs! Replace 2 screws, and hand tighten with Phillips screwdriver. Easier to see what you're doing with the microwave door "open". I felt "accomplished" for a 70-year old Grandma.:)

A stove burner left on below the microwave cooked the plastic of the Microwave door and handle causing it to deteriorate and fail.
(1) Pulled the door open (2) removed three screws on the right side of the door edge. (3) Removed old outer door panel and glass. (4) Removed two screws holding old handle to old door panel. (5) Attached new door handle to new door panel with old screws. (6) Aligned left side of new door panel on the hinge side of door so that top and bottom hinge plates fit inside door panel. Microwave Vent Hood Filters
Not so sure this would qualify as "instructions", but I only needed a screwdriver because the "D" rings of the old vent filters broke off and I had to pry to old ones out. Keep in mind, I am mechanically disadvantaged and can barely change an A/C filter ... that being said, all I did for this order was input my Model number and PartSelect found the correct replacement part. I receive the parts super quick (faster than the other 2 purchases I did that day). The only bummer was the packaging ... super huge box for small tiny parts. Otherwise, I now know where to go for replacement parts. This project should be a "no-brainer" for most DYI's, so getting the right parts with just a model number was lifesaving for me :0)

Super easy! Just unscrewed remainder of the vent grille, saving the old screws as instructed on other reviews I read, and replaced vent grille with perfectly fitting new one...whole process took 15 min (while 9 months pregnant with a toddler hanging on my leg!) And partselect sent the piece with regular shipping in 2 days!

Light burnt out and door will not close properly
I had been dealing with a broken vent cover and burned out light for several months. I should have fixed it much sooner if I knew how easy it was. PartSelect.com had pictures of everything I needed and after reading the repair stories I was able to disassemble the pieces necessary and clean them before reinstalling. Very fast shipping also. The vent grille attaches easily with a couple screws. It's weakest point is the plastic tabs which will break and then gravity puts the grill in the doors ways. The light bulbs can be accessed with a hinged glass door (one screw) but be careful they are very fragil and can break off. If they do unplug your unit, get a pair of needle nose pliers and slowly unscrew the rest of the bulb. If you wanting room or you want to clean the grease off, I recommend removing the whole bottom cover from the microwave (7 scews and 2 wire harness clips).
