I broke the grill b/c I thought it snapped on and off, not.
I removed the two screws and took off the old grill. Snapped the new grill in place and replaced the screws. This model was not shown on the list but the part fit just fine. The part arrived in 2 days! I ordered the white one and at first didn't think it matched .. maybe my microwave was bisque or almond .. but after 15 minutes of scrubbing I realized it was white but just real dirty .. lol. Now the door opens without the grill falling off. Easy fix.

the handle and lower right corner of the plastic door cover had broken
repair was very straight forward and can be done by anyone with reasonable mechanical ability. I read in a couple places where appliance repair people had said it was best to replace micro wave unit as it was near impossible to do repair. Pure rubbish; only problem I had was when the door and glass u it arrived the glass wasn't glued in completely and I had to clue it myself. I removed the three screws on the right end of the door and took my large pocket knife and ran it down the joint where the outer cover meets the metal door. first the top and then the bottom and the old door popped right off. removed the old handle from old door for the screws needed to reattach the new handle to new cover. I started the screws on the counter to get threads started in plastic made attaching to cover easier. hen started by pushing the new cover onto the left end of door the continued squeezing the cover on along to the right first top and then the bottom a little at a time and it snapped right in for me with a fair amount of pressure, replaced the three screws and it works great looks like new. I did remove the upper vent to clean and that helped some with installing. Very easy and beat the heck out of trying to replace the entire unit. I think the so called appliance repair people only wanted to sell and install a new one for $$$$.

Microwave would run but not heat up the food
Removed the microwave from above the oven by loosening the two screws above the microwave. As the unit tilted outward lifted up and the whole unit came out all the time feeding the power cord through the cutout for the power cord. After it was out removed the cover and identified the capacitor and made sure it was discharged and removed and replaced the diode. tested before reinstalling and it heated up just fine. Reversed order and reinstalled . Very easy job maybe a second hand to help fish the power cord when installing and removing.

Age-related concern: 13-year old filter had never been serviced.
Used a phillips screwdriver to remove 4 retaining screws located on the top leading edge of the unit, just above the door. Note the screws on the far left and far right are shorter than the middle two. After removing and cleaning the plastic vent, the small, square charcoal filter is revealed in the center, and is easily removed (noting its installation position first!). Take advantage of the opportunity to thoroughly clean the inside using a cloth soaked in degreaser before replacing the filter, the vent, and the 4 screws.
