Ice and Water Filter needed to be replaced.
I snapped the cover plate to the filter open. Pulled the filter down and twisted counter clock wise to take filter out. I installed the new filter in by inserting the filter and tuning clock wise to secure the filter. I flushed the water for about two minutes and then allowed it to be put back into service.

The Main Control Board on back went out . No light s on door panel.
Went on the internet to find someone else with the same problem. I have over 30 Years of Heavy Industrial Air Cond and Refrigeration experience. The troubleshooting was no problem to find the the Control Board failure. Just didn't want to spend $300.00 on the control board on a 3 yr old Stainless Steel side be side Refrigerator. Then we had to wait 6 days for the darn part to arrive. The real difficulty was finding out we had to reprogram the new control board. No directions to reprogram main Control Board came with the part. Also we could not find the original owners manual. (Put up so we could find it later--Right). Had to go to the internet and Google to find the instructions to program the new Control Board. With the CODE #. What a mess.... But we now have cold Ice Cream and Momma is happy.

Installing the Ice and Water Filter
Take filter out of the box and open the refrigerator. Open the housing in the frig that holds the filter and twist the light-blue piece 1/4 turn, counter-clockwise. (Put the light-blue piece in a safe place.) Take foil away from filter. With 1/4 turn in the clockwise direction, twist the filter into its position. Let five gallons run through the system to get fresh, filtered water.

Broken rail
I replaced the broken part. There was one bolt to loosen with a nut driver. I disconnected the original wiring harness, reattached the new harness and reinstalled the hinges, which simply slide into place. Then I reinstalled the small bolt I had removed with the nut driver. no instructions, but none were needed for the particular part.
I simply snapped it into place, removing the protective covering during the process. Although the cost of the part was higher than expected for a simple piece of clear molded plastic, the whole job took about two minutes total. And, moreover, the part arrived two days earlier than I anticipated.
