Unit makes a squealing noise when running not all the time but several times thru the cycle

It certainly sounds like a faulty drum roller PS1570070 you should check for signs of damage, and replace it if needed. You also should check your belt PS11741110 could be just loose or damaged as well. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

The dryer unit buzzes when depressing the start button and it fails to start. The buzzing occurs whenever and as long as you hold the start button. The unit does not start. Wondering if this is the start button or if it's in the selection switch for the various modes.

Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. Normally this is an indication there is a bad motor relay and the Motor will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

If my dryer won’t heat up, does that mean the heat element went out ??

Hello Ronda, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue might be with the thermal fuse, part number PS11740687, or the heating element, part number PS11740682. We would also suggest checking the thermostat, part number PS11740647, for continuity. We hope that helps!

he front pannel to remove the front cover of the drum. Once I removed the front cover of the drum I can now remove the drum itself to access the drum support roller. I unscrew the rollers then replace it with the new once. It was an easy job.

The old lint screen had a couple tears in it
