easy repair, needed a machine screw - not included... terrible service
I ordered this and the plate it goes into. Great! HOWEVER doesn't come with the small screw needed! Keep this in mind when ordering. ***Took 2 weeks for one ordered part to arrive, so the parts were sent separately mind you!!! and one part took a month because it got lost in the mail. that meant that I paid for 3 parts!!!! plus shipping! *** I was told and can only guess... But the address was wrong, they say I typed it in wrong... I doubt that, however it is slightly possible. I could not find a page with my original entries.**********THEN, though I was willing to pay because I needed the part and couldn't find it otherwise... each part was more than $5 each PLUS shipping which was about $10. Making the SUM TOTAL $45 give or take a $1*** They could fix the terrible shipping trouble mostly/sum-what by sending notices (for the $10 shipping fee) via text. email doesn't work for the vast majority of us, I am not young anymore. I am 60 and you need to keep up with technology!!!! NOT TO MENTION the cost for such small part(s) that take no technology whatsoever because they are very very very old school. As you can tell I am not happy with the hoops I had to jump through...

it just worked
I ordered this part because I was concerned that the original would break when I removed it from its broken housing. The new part exactly looked like the original. I removed the old original from it's broken housing and installed it in the new housing, and it worked. So I never needed to use the new part, but I will keep it in case the original which is 18 years old breaks. The website was fantastic in letting me identify the parts I needed and everything arrived as expected. Love this website!
