The main purpose of this part is to hold the molding at the base of your refrigerator in place, it also makes removing the piece of molding simple. I was told the mother board went out. Took a few months to finally get one myself after repairman didn't come through. It was an easy repair, not even sure if I would call it a repair. First remove the two veggie bins and then remove the frame and glass shelf. Put the new frame I've received with the glass and slide it back in the refrigerator. Thanks to the help of the customer service rep and made sure I had the correct part. read more
