the tine on the end rusted out and wouldn't stand up anymore
Pulled two clips off the rack and removed the tine row. Put the new tine row in, had to put both clips on at the same time. Very glad that the clips we had were not bad, because if they were, we would have had to order new clips too. They might consider including that with the tine row. Otherwise a fairly simple job.

Replace Dispenser
Watched the video several times and made notes. The video is excellent and by following the procedure outlined it was like painting by the numbers. I could have done the job in under an hour but I'm slow and doubled checked everything as I progressed. My only remark is to make sure after snapping the dispenser in the door make sure the unit is all the way to the right before tightening the screws.

Door fell down too easily
This repair was very easy to do. I was able to attach cord anchor to springs without pulling the dishwasher out more than about 10 inches. No disconnect of hoses were required since I had enough slack in the water line. Replacement of the Door Balance Link (big plastic part) was done with only 10 inches of the side exposed. Only one link was broken but the the other side made a groaning noise so I replaced both sides.

Door Balance issue- cable snapped
Follow the online instructions- the only piece of information that was missing is how to deal with the tension in the line when you connect everything. I used a screwdriver for leverage and got things into place- BUT, I got the impression that this could be dangerous. Be careful. Otherwise, easy as you can imagine- also be careful pulling the dishwasher out from under your cabinet- you don't want to inadvertently disconnect something.

Nylon rope broke on one of the door balancers causing the door to drop quickly when opened
The repair went smoothly. I watched the repair video on this site which made the job much easier. The repair kit comes with 2 new balancers, so I replaced both of them while I had the dishwasher out from under the counter. Great experience using the PartSelect website. From locating the replacement parts, ordering, shipping and repair.

door fell when opened
pulled the dishwasher out, we found that the door balance link had broken, then ordered the link kit, which arrived the next day. replaced the spring and links, very easy to do after watching the how to video. I do reccomend ordering both springs and link kit together. we are very pleased with the results, the door works perfectly.

The little tab holding detergent cover closed wore out
Followed the video except my model had a fixed panel 4inches wide at the top of the door on the outside which is held in by screws that don't need to come out. Secondly, the original RinseAid dispenser had wires for the Low RinseAid light on the control panel. The replacement had a big indicator that shows RinseAid level and I left the connected loosely secured, not connected. Worked the first time, no leaks because I was really careful seating the rubber seal on the replacement part onto the inside of the door. Cheers.

Under Counter Anti-Tip Brackets Broke
I put this unit in about 3 years ago and the brackets broke at the crease and the dishwasher fell forward. Found the right bracket and when it arrived looked a match. Checked link to video showing how to properly install the brackets. The original manufacturer never stated that the tab that goes through the frame is supposed to be bent 90 degrees to prevent the bracket from coming out. Thank you PartSelect for that video because I would probably end up ordering brackets again in a few years.

Door not working. Heard a pop and door fell.
Your website was brilliant with the u tube video on how to fix it. Got the parts quickly and at half the price of Kitchenaid. And you included the white plastic pulley part for both sides with the string parts that holds the door up. Turns out that was what was broken on both sides. This is my first review ever and you get an A plus!
