I followed the video on the website, removing the back of the dryer, then located and removed the thermal fuse, replaced it with the new one..... Presto, it worked... Replaced the back of the dryer and was good to go... Thank you Part Select

replaced thermo fuse. not the problem. not sure how to test for next step. timer, cycler tumbler all work just won't fire up.

Opened dryer top, disconnected door wireing, took off front panel, laid dryer on back, cleaned out lint and inside, put new belt on, and put parts back together. Dryer works fine now.

bought thermal fuse and thermostat as most likely. Took apart and checked with voltmeter and found the fuse open. Replaced it. Video instructions are helpful as is the part location in the drawings. Real problem was lint had built up in back vent area, blocking cooling/ burner intake air. Went through entire dryer and vacuumed it out

Remove Filter and (2) phillip screws. Use common screw driver to pry top from cabinet. Fold top back. disconnect door switch and removed (2) screws holding front of cabinet and lift frong slightly to remove from cabinet. Remove broken belt and discard. check rollers for freedom and placed drum on rollers. guided belt through idler and around motor pulley. lift front and placed on lower hooks. Lift drum and installed (2) screws that holds front of cabinet to main cabinet. connect door switch and check drum for freedom of turn. turn drum several times to get belt to center. Closed top and replaced (2) screws that hold filter door in place. Install filter and test run dryer. Completed job in about 38 minutes.

I followed the instructions supplied with the belt. I've changed the belt before so was familiar with the repair. The toe panel clips for my model had changed so what was supplied was different than the originals. Although they, too, came with instructions, they did not fit my appliance. They were inexpensive so I scrapped them and used some self-adhesive Velcro fasteners I had in a junk box.

I replaced the Cycling thermostat. At first I thought I may have blamed the wrong part because the ohm meter read almost the same for the old and the new part. It took less than a day for the part to come probably because it came from Jacksonville. I haven't guessed how much I saved by not calling a appliance repair.

The thermal fuse worked and fit but the cycling thermostat was not correct so I paid for a part that was wrong did not fit the model #. The other part was repaired and working in around 20 minutes

belt # 346995. part was delivered quickly. Part fit perfect, no problem. there was a video on youtube how to replace it. It took about 25 minutes from start to finish to install. works like a new one. Thanks partselect.

I watched your YouTube video about trouble shooting dryers, and found that the problem was my thermal fuse was out. My exact model of dryer was used in the video. Most of the time was spent just getting behind the dryer and removing the back panel. It was also a great time to vacuum the area. If you're not working in tight quarters, this repair is really easy. The fuse is not hidden and requires no tools to install (only a wrench to remove the back panel). It started working right away & the part cost significantly less than a service call (about nine bucks + shipping).

Got the latch kit, found the correct one, popped it in...dryer works! Thanks....

Taking the back panel off of the dryer , making sure it was unplugged of course. I removed a few screws exposing the element seeing the coil was broken not alowing it to heat. Going online i found Partselect and boy was I glad I did. They shipped the same day I ordered and in a few days the part came to my door.Within 15 minutes the dryer was together and running. I had knee replacement 2 weeks before our dryer stopped working! My wife took the rear panel off & replaced the parts under my reading the instructions ! Very easy to replace!
