Hello Nancy, thank you for reaching out. Use the following instructions to remove the oven door:
1. Open the oven door.
2. Pull the hinge locks down towards the door frame to the unlock position.
3. Firmly grasp both sides of the door at the top.
4. Close the door to the door removal position, which is halfway between the broil stop position and fully closed.

Timer counts down but no longer beeps when done. Doesn’t beep when pre heated ends either. Use to work.
For model number JBP23DR3WW
Hi Linda, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, you may need to unplug the unit for 5 minutes to see if the electronics will reset. You may need to press and hold the cook time button for 5 seconds to turn tones on. If that does not work, it means the control board, part number PS3493488, is just not engaging the speaker when it reaches the temperature. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!

Oven gets hot but won’t get to temperature
For model number JBP23DR3WW
Hi Mike, Thank you for writing. We suggest testing the Oven Sensor. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. We hope this helps!

Burned out block
Watched a repairman do it the last time for $200.00. This time I unplugged the stove, unscrewed four screw nuts holding the upper rear cover, unplugged old wires, reconnected new ones, fed them thru to the front, attached them to the new block, screwed the block into place, replaced back cover, stuck the element into place, made my little
