Upper rack front roller broke
The new roller assembly just snaps in place. You have to remove the rail end cap to slide the wheel into the rail. I just used a steak knife to push in the retainer so I could slide it up and out. Slide the new wheel in the track and snap the rail end cap back in place. The whole thing took maybe 5 min. Part and shipping was about $25. Pr

Adjustable wheel rack

I broke the lever that is used for adjustment of the rack height.
The repair was a simple snap out, snap-in process. The only trick was getting the part in the right position to clear the wire basket.

Broken Wheel stem on upper track.
It was very simple to remove the old wheel and replace with the new one. Everything snapped out of and into place so no tools were needed and it only took about 3 minutes to complete.

Replacing part number w11157083, dishwasher upper rack roller

For part # ps12347742 all i need is the small white piece that attaches the part to the roller. My model number actually ends in s3.
