Removed the panel poped the new fuse in and reassembled good to go

There were a few possible causes for the problem. We started by making sure we didnt have a simple clog somewhere in the line. A pair of plyers and a screwdriver were the only tools I needed to check the water line in. Just turned the water off pullesd the dishwasher out and started checking lines. We couldnt test the inlet water valve except with a volt ohm meter so we left that and moved on to the float. The float seemed to be moving freely so we pulled the float switch out. I could easly see some electrical damage to the float switch and ordered the part from part select. Part took about 3 days to arrive and was a very simple switchout. We turned the water back on and and started the machine. All working.

Awesome! Followed video and went exactly as stated. Saved $400. from repair company estimate. Wife happy.

I watched the video on the website. Was Excellent! I followed what was done on the video, so I knew what to expect and what to do.

We found a youtube video....and followed the directions. We unscrewed the inside panel of the door...all the way around. Then, we took off the outside panel which revealed the screws on the backside of the dispenser. After unscrewing that, we were able to push out the old dispenser, and push in the new one...... screw that in and then replace the door screws. We were done in under an hour.

Replaced the lower rack. The replacement part had the wheels attached. No assembly required.

The *great* PartSelect how to video convinced me that I could fix this myself. I removed the old, worn out door gasket, noting how the old one fit into the groove. I cleaned the groove really well to make sure I got any gunk out. I just pressed the new gasket into the groove with my fingers, then used a wooden chopstick to press it in securely. Super, super easy! .) (I did not need to replace the strike plateAnd, the hint about how fast standard shipping is was a nice touch. Thanks so much!

Unplug machine,open door,take out 6 screws at inside top of door. Pull outside top of door out and down. Pop off plastic cover at marked arrow points. Pop off out old thermal fuse , pull both black wires from thermal fuse,and cut wire off at 1inch behind connectors, strip both wires 1/4 inch back, insert in new connector and tighten with screwdriver . Doesn't matter which wire goes in which connector. Snap thermal fuse back in place with deflector in place. Wire tie wires together with supplied cable ties. Replace plastic cover, snap in place,push everything up into door, and replace the six screws. Close door, plug in, and start it.

The video did help with disassembly. But my dishwasher has the insulated door. So splitting the door was a bit of a challenge. I found both halves are glued. The inner door has the least glue about 2 inches wide by most of its length. I took wooden wedges on one side to open it to be able to see in and work. I separated the insulation with a flexible putty knife from inner door. Then repeated the process on the other side. I removed the doors halves once separated and the dispenser. I installed the new dispenser and plugged the unit in without outer door installed. Ran a rinse cycle to check for leaks. With none found unplugged and reassembled the door. Without any damage to the dishwasher stainless steel, plugged the unit back in and it is back in service. Be patient with the process.

Remove outer door (lower half) to expose dispenser, remove electrical connector and remove 6 small hex head screws from dispenser and remove dispenser. Replace dispenser, install 6 screws and install electrical plug and install outer door. Hard part was holding outer door in place while installing first couple of screws, a piece of masking tape helps here.

Disconnect power (circuit breaker) open dishwasher door, remove 3 trox (star) drive screws on each side of door( do not remove the 2 top screws on each side) close door and pull out at the top than up at the bottom to remove front panel. NOTE, If you have a super quiet washer you have to pull out on the panel quite hard because the foam insulation is glued in and has to be broken loose. Unplug the 2 wires connected to the dispenser , remove the 6 trox screws holding the dispenser in , remove dispenser making sure to clean where the gasket goes before installing new dispenser. You may want to check to see if a wire fell off your dispenser before you order a new one. THAT'S what mine did and PARTS SELECT took the part back, NO PROBLEM.

Removed the old gasket by hand by pulling on the end of the gasket and slowly removing the gasket. Wipe the are with a clean damp rag to remove any soap or debris buildup. Follow the instruction that accompany the gasket, slowly insert the gasket and do not stretch the gasket as you push by hand into the slot. Run the dishwasher with a rag at the bottom. I had to run it twice, I believe the gasket has to relax and seal the door from leaking. GOOD LUCK, you probably saved yourself a lot of money in service repairs costs.

Followed the PartSelect video at youtube - the hardest part on my dishwasher was getting the clips off the top rack. Overall, a really easy fix.

Easy to replace this drain hose, but being the section that attaches to the pump, the dishwasher had to be removed from under the counter. Most of the time spent was disconnecting the supply, drain and electric then removing the dishwasher. Once out, the drain hose replacement should take 5 minutes or less. Very straightforward. Please remember to shut off electricity and water supply to the dishwasher before starting this project!
