Icemaker was not making ice
The comments from PartSelect were 50/50 that it would be the motor on the icemaker. We bought the motor which came 4 days leter and followed the installation instructions in the video. We started getting ice about 2 hours after the installation!

Would not make Ice
Turn the unit OFF - Removed one hex head screw on the bottom of the ice maker, removed the cable cover and unplugged. Removed front cover & Slide the icemaker out. Removed control cover and removed the three phillips head screws to the controller. Put the new controller back on with the three phillips head screws, pushed the cover back over the controller. Plugged the unit back in, then slide it back in the tracks, put the cable cover back on and installed the hex head screw, popped the front cover back on and turned the unit ON - DONE!

Ice Maker Stopped Working
My dad and I worked together. The video helped but it was a little more complicated. If you can't find the water supply, remove the filter and water should stop, that's what we did. We had to remove the freezer door for access to the ice maker. It was tricky taking the icemaker off and getting it back on. Replacing the motor was easy, just as shown in the video. Just like others have said, within an hour of the repair the ice starting coming!

Ice maker will not make ice, the water does work on the door
Replaced the Electronic control boards first, emitter and receiver, and that did not fix the problem. I then order the Control board/motor assembly in the ice maker, this did fix the problem and after a couple of hours I had ice. The repair was easy and the videos on the web site show you step by step.

water supply line hose keeper fell apart ( red push connector )
Remove front dust grill at bottom, pulls off with a little muscle.. While this is I found it to be a good time to vacuum area. Remove two screws at bottom in front with nut driver. Lift wire on left out. Hold filter unit and grasp water line and pull steadily repeat for other line. Remove old filter housing and reassemble. The worst was having to buy the whole part just for the keeper.

Both slide tracks broke on the Snake drawer
Slid off existing tracks and slide new tracks on. One track was a little stubborn to go on, so I put on some utility gloves to get better grip. Your staff are great to work with and the repair items arrived very quickly. Sears was over $10.00 higher per track. Saved a lot of money and got great customer support. Will use your store in the future!

Icemaker not making ice
I had to make sure the electronic beam was working properly, which it was (steady beam if you press in the side plastic flap. I also had to make sure the water valve for the icemaker was working properly as well, which it was by switching the lead wires on the valve (water dispenser wire to ice maker valve, and hitting water dispenser paddle and hearing water flow to the ice maker). After that, I knew it was the icemaker motor. Removed three screws with a socket, disconnected wire harness (had to use pliers to pull it apart), pulled out entire icemaker unit. Loosened three screws on motor control unit to remove it from icemaker unit, then inserted new motor control unit and re-screwed the 3 screws. Then I pu tthe entire icemaker unit back in the freezer, connected wire harness, re-inserted three screws and was finished. I then waited for one hour, went to check ice maker and I had ice cubes forming in the tray.

End of Slide Track Broke Off Other Side Cracked
Used tip of needle nose pliers to release the plastic retaining pin and was able to slide the tracks out. I was able to install one of the new tracks by hand but the other would not slide in place. I had to use some taps with a rubber hammer to start it. I never saw what it was hanging up on, but the hammer did the trick. Were it not for the snag, the install would have taken about two minutes. The bin and sliders are working perfectly.
