Original Vent Fell Off ! Clip Screw Mounts Simply Broke.
Attached additional 3rd clip using phillips screwdriver, snapped vent into place. That's it. Addionally, I ordered the piece (at roughly one third price of factory) on thursday, it arrived saturday !! Excellent !!

Broken clip holder
Remove broken grille and snapped new grille in place. Very easy to do. Very poor design by Whirlpool. This is my third grille in 4 years. Thank you PartSelect for carrying the replacement grilles.

burnt out light bulb
The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

Vent Grille clips broken

Burned out lightbulb
First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. top vent fell off
was able to find the part needed using the microwave model number. i ordered the part and was able to replace it in less than 5 minutes - was great to find the part needed easily and fix the eyesore!
