How do you remove the wire shelves on the freezer side?

Hi Greg,
Thank you for your question. Sometimes you have to lift up on all corners first. However to remove a shelf, you will pull it to the left so that the spokes on the left hand side go into the appliance wall a little more. Giving you enough room to lift up the right side on an angle and then pull out the left side. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.
