Water Was Leaking From The Glass Fill Dispenser
This was probably the easiest repair I have done on this refrigerator. I pulled the unit away from the wall, turned off the water, and disconnected the hose. I have a wooden floor in my kitchen so I was careful to put a towel under the hose and valve. Very little water drained out but I kept the towel there for insurance. After removing the access panel, I removed the two screws holding the valve in place, slid it back to where I could unplug the wiring connected to it. The connectors are color coded so there is no worry about putting them back incorrectly. The new valve uses push-in type water connections, so you have to cut the old style connections off of the plastic water lines. Kitchen shears did this easily. Then is was just a matter of pushing each line into the proper connector on the valve, reattach the electrical connectors, and slide the valve back in place. Reinstall the screws, reinstall the access panel, hook up the water hose, slide the unit back into it's niche, and run about a gallon of water through the dispenser and you are done.

Called repair person, 80.00 to come look at it. Deceided to see if I could find part on my own. Surfed the net found this website, ordered the part for 5.00, total 13.00 including shipping. waited a few days, received part in mail, lifted refrigerator door off hinge, inserted the part.
