Heater comes on but goes off after being on for a few minutes.

fried pc board
took out old pc board held by screws and put new one in .....if it were not for this co. I would be out 400 bucks for a new ac unit ... THANKS !!!!!

On/Off Button On A/C Wouldn't Work At Times
I noticed that the a/c wouldn't come on after I pressed the on button. Then later that night a/c would kick on by itself and it was blowing cold. quired removal of 4 phillips head screws. That allowed me access to pc board. Pc board had just one phillips head screw. Pulled board away from unit slightly and unplugged the board from wire harness. It was very simple to do. Just reverse to install new board. Again, you must unplug unit before any maintenance. Now unit runs better than ever!!

Bad relay
I pulled the unit out of the cabinet, and got into the wiring panel with a Phillips screwdriver. I pulled the wires off of the old relay and put them back onto the new one. I put the cabinet back together and turned the unit on !!!! Worked like a champ... Thank so much
