I took out the old gaskets and replace them after I clean and dried them. very easy. I'm a woman and if I can do it anyone can. Although I used the parts it did not fix the problem. So with help of parts select I'm on to the next solution. They're great fast fast on your supplies.

Broken wheel on upper rack and missing rack stops
Bought extra parts incase I messed up. Fitted the wheel to the rack fairly quickly. Had to remove one rack stop, with a pair of pliers, in order to completely remove the rack from the moveable tracks. Folded over one of the rack stops and locked it in place completely. This is the wrong thing to do as it will not slide into the end of the moveable track. The trick is to partially fold the rack stop and start it into the moveable track. Then when the rack stop is inside the moveable track you can finish completing the folding of the rack stop. Once folded completely it is impossible to get the part unfolded.

Dishwasher not washing
Underneath the drum, behind the bottom face plate, you will find the solenoid with a return arm and spring. It is close to the front of the dishwasher- Just remove the spring and replace it with a new one using needle nose pliers to reconnect. If your dishwasher is filling with h2o and then draining the water without washing this could be your problem. This spring holds the lifter arm, inside the bottom of the drum, in the right possition to make the dishwasher (wash). A cheap fix as art was less than $4.00. Happpy Fixing!

Dishwasher leaking at bottom of door.
I followed the video provided with the Order Acknowledgement. Very Very simple and easy to do. This is without a doubt the best company I have ever dealt with online. Prompt, quick delivery and very professional. The only mistake I made was not ordering the O ring for the soap dispenser. I am in the process of ordering that right now. This is the go 2 place for appliance repairs for sure. You won't be disappointed in any way.

The gasket is press fit in a channel around the door
Orient the gasket so that the more squishable hollow side of the gasket faces the door, and check that the length is sufficient to fill ths entire channel. The less compressible side goes into the channel, which requires some skill and strength to seat well. The flat portion of the more or less square gasket has two edges to it. What works best is to put the edge that is toward the inside of the dishwasher into the channel with your fingers, and then press in the other edge firmly with the small spatula of about 2 or 2and 1/2 inches until you can no longer see that edge. This is the visual indication it is seated. in the corners you may only be able to use a corner of the spatula.

door the soap dispenser stopped opening
unscrewed 7 torx screws with the impact driver. removed the motor from the bracket. comes out pretty easily. moved wires aside. Pulled the wires off the motor using the pliers- one came off very hard, note where they go, corroded in place. installed the new motor by easily re-attaching the leads. Biggest surprise was that there were 2 motors. I initially replaced the lower one which did not solve the problem. When I replaced the upper, it worked. Not sure of the function of the lower motor. The upper one clearly fits into a slot which seems to attach to the doors.

Seal shaft water leak on the "D" shaft.
Not well! Could use some guidance. I replaced the shaft seal, shaft seal washer, "D" shaft "E" clips, solenoid bracket, assorted screws and the pull solenoid. When replacing the seal shaft I moved the "D" shaft to far and it disconnected the lifter from the drain flapper flapper assembly and flapper spring. Since I do not have, and was not able to locate in my area or on line, a service manual for this machine, I had to go by a parts schematic that I received on line from Jenn-Air. Consequently, I wasn't sure on the reinstallation of all these parts. Since the plastic lifter can only be installed one way on the "D" shaft, it is believed that the flapper spring arm goes between the two prongs on the lifter. After completing the assembly as described above, I now have a situation where the dishwasher will not drain. The pull solenoid seems to work as designed, but when it goes into a drain cycle, it will not drain. Any suggestions, thoughts, recommendations or a copy of a service manual for this repair would be appreciated. Bill

Dishwasher would not start
Was so easy. I am an old grandmother. I looked for parts for the dishwasher and happened on this site. When describing the problem, I said "won't start". The part number came up and I bought it. Took about 3 days for part to arrive and less than 15 min to install. So easy and if I had problems there was a step by step guide on internet. I am 100% satisfied and recommend for anyone even if you are not handy.

leak @ bottom of door
First replaced the door seal, that slowed it down substantially, but not totally. Next replaced inner door foam insulation strip and that took care of it, no more leaks. There was some corrosion evident after I scraped off the old strip, sanded that smooth with emery sandpaper and then installed new strip. Job done!
