Removed the front cover and then the humidistat from the bracket. Two push on wire connectors and then reversed. Very straightforward and excellent part matching. Given the prices for new dehumidifiers it was great to breathe life back into this unit which does its job well. Thanks for the easy to use web site and fast fast service! read more

We lost the water float. Needed a replacement

The float has two prongs that fit two snap fasteners on the reservoir tank. I just pressed the float prongs into the snap fasterners and inserted the reservoir tank into the dehumidifier. Turned the switch and pressto! We are in business. read more

The repair was just putting the float into the inside of the tank itself and then, inserting the two pins (left and right) into each slot so the float operates up and down freely. read more
