Cracked terminal block
Killed the power, used socket set, installed new one.
Needed wire cutters and stripper, to put new terminal ring. Reconnected everything. Took about 20 minutes.

Terminal block and power cord melted.
Removed power cord and terminal block and replaced with new ones. Still could'nt find why dryer would not run. Founed I had not hooked up one of the power wires as it had turned up so it couldnt be seen. Hooked it up and dryer runs like new. Thanks for the quick shipment.
